the staff was really helpful and very kind, so i would like to go back there again. the hotel was exceptionally comfortable, it met requirements, i loved its favourable location just next door to tzununá, and the lake.

The rooms are reasonably large and marvelous, with fairly clean bathrooms. You can see the mountains from your window. - the setting is exceptionally nice, close enough to Tzununá and the lake. - the employees are kind and lovely! 😊🙂

I absolutely adored the serene and light-filled atmosphere of the hotel, with its bamboo construction and spacious rooms. the common areas were cozy and had beautiful views, making it a delightful place for senior folks to relax and unwind. the easy accessibility of the hotel, with minimal stairs and comfortable seating, was perfect for older guests like myself.

I wish the children working there could offer more organized activities for senior guests.

During our stay at Bambu Guest House, we were delighted by the spacious room with a cozy hammock terrace offering stunning views of the lake and volcanoes. the vegetarian chef's culinary creations were a true highlight. the peaceful ambiance and friendly atmosphere made it hard to leave.
